Sponsor Benefits
There are three sponsorship levels available to fit all budgets. Please scroll down for a detailed list of the benefits you will receive at each of the sponsorship levels.
We also welcome equal value contribution of services and/or materials.
All Sponsors Receive:
- A one-year affiliate membership with PSWA,
- Free Admission tickets to the Expo, for you to distribute to your customers, business associates, friends and family.
Silver Sponsor: $500 - $999
Your business’s name displayed on the following:

Expo Website: business listing with a link to your website, to remain until the following year,

Expo directory: business listing, distributed to everyone attending the event,

Signage recognizing Silver Sponsors posted at the Expo.
Gold Sponsor: $1,000 - $2,499
Your business’s name displayed on the following:

Signage recognizing Gold Sponsors posted at the Expo,

Shared booth space at the Expo (two Gold Sponsors per booth).
In addition, you may place up to two pieces of printed material on our registration tables. We recommend that you provide at least 500 pieces.
Platinum Sponsor: $2,500 or more
Your business’s name and logo, as a primary sponsor, displayed on all materials including:
- Print advertising in multiple publications,
- Posters displayed at various public locales, plus one for your business to display,
- Flyers distributed throughout the South Sound,
- Expo website: home page sponsorship recognition, plus business listing with link to your website, to remain until the following year,

Expo directory: back cover, plus business listing, distributed to everyone attending the event,

One piece of printed material for your business, placed into every welcome bag for those attending the Expo,

Signage recognizing your sponsorship with a message of your choosing posted at the Expo,
